I spend most of my time working directly with our customers to help develop products that best suit their individual needs. With a degree in chemistry and a passion for food and cooking, I fell in love with food science the second I was introduced to it.

I spend the rest of my time outside enjoying Colorado with my two dogs, skiing/snowboarding, backpacking, and of course eating at all of the awesome restaurants that Denver has to offer!
